The planned population sources are from two aspects: one is that the majority of the existing rural population is arranged to settle at this area. The existing rural population is around 20,000 and that is arranged at this area is 15,000; the other is that population aggregation will be driven by building the development zone and the planned aggregation population is 35,000. Therefore, the population size is defined as 50,000 for the development zone.
The planned residential land occupancy is 3.8971 million sq.m., covering 18.86% of the construction land occupancy of the zone.
Four matching living residential sections are planned within the development zone: Tangxi Residential Section is formed by leaning on the township of Tangxi Town and Xitaiyang Loquat Garden Leisure Resort land occupancy, Quanzhang Residential Section is formed by combining the reserved rural residential land with the planned residential land at the south side of Quanzhang Village, Hangnan Residential Section is planned at the west of Heyu Road and the south of Yunxi Road and Zhujiajiao Residential Section is formed by the rural residential land for settlement at the south of Xingyuan Road and the east of No. 09 Provincial Road. The matching public facilities are arranged at each section to adapt to the development need. |
